3. Service Plans and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Starter Plan: $237/month
• Professional Plan: $477/month
• Elite Plan: $957/month

Billing Terms

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed automatically on your billing date
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• Applicable taxes may be added to your subscription
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Plan Features

Each plan includes specific features and content limits as described on our pricing page. Additional services beyond plan limits may incur additional charges.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account access with unauthorized parties

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content created by Luxury Listing Agency, including templates, frameworks, and methodologies, remains our intellectual property. However, you receive a license to use the specific content created for your listings and marketing.

Client Content

Content created specifically for your properties and marketing becomes yours to use. You may:

• Use the content across all your marketing channels
• Modify the content as needed
• Continue using content after subscription ends

Template and Framework Rights

Our proprietary templates, frameworks, and methodologies remain our exclusive property and may not be:

• Reverse-engineered or copied
• Shared with competitors
• Used to create competing services
• Distributed or resold

6. Service Level and Delivery

We strive to deliver high-quality content within the specified timeframes:

• Starter Plan: 48-hour turnaround
• Professional Plan: 24-hour turnaround
• Elite Plan: 12-hour turnaround

Delivery times are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Rush orders may be available for Elite plan subscribers at additional cost.

7. Quality Assurance and Revisions

• Each content piece includes one round of revisions
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• We guarantee professional quality and accuracy
• Content will be optimized for your target market

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific sales results or outcomes
• You are responsible for compliance with local real estate laws
• We are not liable for third-party service failures (payment processors, etc.)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Listing Agency from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Violation of these Terms
• Misrepresentation of property information
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Infringement of third-party rights

10. Cancellation and Termination

Your Right to Cancel

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods
• You retain access to services until the end of the paid period

Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Misuse our services or platform

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
